The new reading corner composed by the two great solid models of METU MUD was opened with the book launch of ‘Conflict, Planning and Design‘ on April 7, 2018. The models presented in the corner are that of Ulus, the traditional core of Ankara, and Surici, the historic center of Diyarbakir. While the first model has been made by Ebru Şevik and Eren Efeoğlu for the international exhibition of ‘FUTURE ANKARA’ in January 2017, the following one is the collective product of METU MUD 2016-2017 ‘Recovery Urbanism’ Studio.
