Having written by METU Master of Urban Design 2017-18 Studio, Döşemealtı Design Guideline is online at ISSUU now. Under the annual theme of ‘Peripheral Urbanism’, the studio presents a series of typological design codes in the search for consolidating the urban fabric of the sprawling cities like Döşemealtı, Antalya. Organised within six character areas, the guideline tends to control the formation of peri-urban land not by a single master plan, but by means of the generic codes to be applied in specific typological contexts.
